Where to get information about movie screening schedules?
The most accurate and up-to-date information about movie screening schedules and movies, in general, can be found on our website or our mobile app. The weekly screening schedule in Israel is from Thursday to the following Wednesday.
When is the screening schedule published?
The information is published on the website every Tuesday, for Thursday to the next Wednesday, except for special events, and early sales of certain films that may be screened earlier.
What are the cinema box office hours?
Cinema box offices open about 30 minutes before the first screening - on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday, and Fridays at 13:00; and on Tuesdays, Saturdays, vacation and holidays at 10:00 a.m. Box offices stay open until the last screening of the day.
Can tickets be booked by phone?
Tickets cannot be booked by phone. For your convenience, bookings can be made on our website, on our mobile app., or at the cinema box office.
I booked a ticket on the website and I want to make sure it was recorded. How can I do this?
A check of the booking can be made on our website about 15 minutes after making the booking by clicking on the Booking Status button on the Homepage.
I booked and paid for a cinema ticket(s) but could not attend. What do I do?
Contact customer service by e-mail at [email protected], or by whatsApp (chat only) 0507676361. for a reply. Tickets can be canceled on Booking Status page on the website up to 6 hours prior to the screening time of the movie for which tickets were purchased.
How do I cancel a booking?
Bookings can be canceled only 15 minutes after the booking has been made. A credit card booking can be canceled not less than 6 hours before screening time, and only if an electronic ticket has not been sent or the tickets have not been collected at the cinema box office. To cancel a booking, click Here. Cancellations are subject to regulation terms, and payment of cancellation fees.
How do I know if the film is age-restricted?
When booking tickets online/at the box office, age restriction will be indicated. The restriction is determined by the Film Review Board of the Ministry of Culture. If there is an age restriction, the youth's identity card or that of his parents must be presented before entering the movie theatre.
From what age do you pay for a ticket?
Every age requires a ticket.
Which certificates give discounts on ticket purchases and how are discounts redeemed?
There are special discounts for members of the security forces (soldiers on duty, policemen, National Service youth, firefighters, IDF disabled veterans, victims of hostile acts and the IPS), students and senior citizens. These discounts can be redeemed by booking tickets at the discounted rate and collecting tickets at the cinema box office upon presentation of the appropriate document. How to redeem Moadon Hever Benefits?
Moadon Hever members can purchase vouchers with designated seats through the Hever website or a Hever app. To purchase the vouchers, go to the Hever website or application and choose the option "vouchers to the Planet chain with seat designations." Next, you will be given the choice of the cinema and the desired film along with the seats you requested in the theatre hall, and then you will be transferred to a Hever website for payment. Once booking is complete, you will receive an email (if you booked through the Hever website) or a text message (if you ordered through the app.) with your booking details with which you can directly access the valet at the entrance to the theatres.
What is an e-ticket and why is it necessary to note an e-mail address to complete the booking?
An e-ticket is a ticket sent to you by e-mail. To redeem the ticket, you must print the file sent to your e-email address or present it at the cinema using your smartphone.
I have a voucher /movie card. How can I check its validity and the balance of the tickets on the voucher?
You can check this online by clicking on the button Check Balance on the Homepage.
How to redeem the benefit code via a credit card?
First, you must obtain a code number from the credit card company (this benefit is not an automatic benefit), then, when purchasing the ticket online, enter the code on the line below the credit card number at the payment details stage.
Is the 1 + 1 credit card offer valid for purchasing VIP tickets?
No. The offer allows a discount of 45 NIS which can be redeemed for a movie in a regular theatre (including 3D) or for a movie in the IMAX theatre, the 4DX or SCREENX.
What is the difference between a 3D card with glasses and one without glasses?
To watch 3D movies, you need the right glasses. The glasses can be purchased in advance along with the ticket for the movie. If you want to keep the 3D glasses you already purchased, 3D movie tickets can be purchased without having to buy glasses for those who already have 3D glasses saved from a previous screenings. If you have purchased tickets without 3D glasses and you do not have glasses, you can complete the purchase of glasses at the box office. Note that 3D glasses for the IMAX theatre are not suitable for viewing a 3D movie in a regular theater and vice versa.
What does the VIP All INCLUSIVE experience include?
The perfect entertainment experience in our VIP All INCLUSIVE complex includes a rich dinner, unlimited popcorn, nachos and drinks and a movie screening in an intimate movie theater with comfortable armchairs - all in one ticket. Where can you hang out in each of the VIP complexes?
VIP All INCLUSIVE - in Planet Rishon Lezion and Haifa.

Is the VIP All INCLUSIVE food kosher?
The food served in the VIP complex is made from dairy products and from kosher raw materials, but the place is open on Saturdays and holidays and there is no kosher certificate.
From what age can you enter the VIP complex?
Entrance to the VIP All INCLUSIVE complex is allowed only from the age of 18. Entry for those under the age of 18 requires the attendance of a parent (a parent for each child).
Entry to the VIP LIGHT complex is permitted for all ages depending on the films being screened.
Is alcohol served in the VIP All INCLUSIVE complex?
Yes. Wine and sparkling wine are being served in the complex.
What is IMAX?

Is parking available to moviegoers?
All our cinemas have convenient parking arrangements:
For Planet Rishon Lezion and Planet Jerusalem, free parking is available to moviegoers.
Planet Haifa moviegoers can park in the Cinemall parking: 4 hours free parking* To get the benefit you have to take the parking ticket to the cinema box office
at Planet Zichron Yaacov can park for free in the Mall Zichron parking lot, and at Planet Beersheba you can park for free at the Ispro Planet parking lot; for Planet Ayalon the Ayalon Mall parking is available with the first 2 hours free during the day and free during the evening, and on Friday and Saturday.

Is it allowed to bring dogs into the cinemas?
The entrance is not allowed with dogs except for authorized guide and service dogs and upon presentation of a certificate.
